Use of Charter update 2010 logos - Technical Specifications

Charter update 2010 logos are only accessible to Charter update 2010 signatories. The new Charter update 2010 logos cannot be used in the marketplace before 1 July 2011. Companies that commit to the Charter before then can, in the interim, use the main, generic Charter logo.

!!! IMPORTANT NOTE: Once a company has completed the ESC and ASP check for a product it wishes to qualify, the result and relevant underlying data should be archived for future reference and in case required for random verification (audits) under the provisions of Charter update 2010.
